We are just about to launch our surgery room and I was wondering if anyone had sample s/n certificates that they use.  We will have approx. 5 veterinarians that will be performing the surgeries.  Does anyone have this similiar situation? and do you have samples of your s/n certificate I could use.

Hi,  It's Lisa from the CCSPCA again.  I'd like to know if anyone is using PP's "Euth. log for tracking thier dogs, usage etc.  and not keeping a paper record.  My concern is wether or not I have to keep a paper log of all the drug usage with signatures, or can I just keep track of it in PP with out the paper trail and signatures.

Hi, My name is Lisa and I'm the Shelter Manager at the CCSPCA.  We are new at using this software and I was wondering if anyone had a template for an Adoption Application that they have put into PP software.  I'd rather not re-create the wheel if it's already been done.
