I feel like a bad mom and should've posted something on his actual birthday but I guess now is better than ever.
Yes, my red nose Pit Bull Terrier turned 14 years old the beginning of the month. I can't believe it. He might be a bit slower, sleeps more, not as tone as in his younger years, but he's still kickin' as we say in the south.
I have been blessed to have healthy babies. Granted their lives are pretty easy and relaxing.
The next one to turn 14 years old will be my Boxer Moses in December. Now, he has lived a lot longer than I would have expected.
Happy birthday to all the seniors out there! And remember to enjoy the time you have with them now.
