Welcome to PetPoint and the PetPoint Community,  I am Lori Buchowicz and I have been with Pethealth as a member of the PetPoint Customer Support team since November 2006. 

It is my pleaure to assit you with your day to day activities using the PetPoint Data Management program through the PetPoint Implementation team, the Help Desk, and the Community.  This gives us a chance to meet but it also allows us to talk about issues that are important to you in the Animal Welfare world. 

I will be a moderator on the PetPoint boards, and available via the community site or my regular email address, lorib@petpoint.com and I am here for whatever you need. 

My background includes Sales & Marketing, a decade long career working as a Systems Engineer where some of my duties consisted of the development of new applications and providing Quality Assurance.  

I spend my downtime helping pets from county pounds into the care of rescues and shelters while working on animal rights legislation.  I enjoy the company of my four large rescue dogs.

A dog must have a secret place, where every thought abides,
A sort of close acquaintance that he trusts in and confides.

And when accused unjustly for himself, He cannot speak,
Rebuked, He finds within his soul, the comfort he must seek.

He'll love, tho'he is unloved, and he'll serve tho'badly used,
And one kind word will wipe away the times when he's abused.

Altho' his heart may break in two, his love will still be whole,
Because God gave to every dog an understanding Soul!
