Where did everyone get their scanners from? I'd like a universal one that can read all frequencies.

Bayer Corporation will supply you with one if you ask for it and send in the appropriate information. It is a universal scanner. Also members of American Humane are allowed to apply for them as well and American Humane supplied us with 5 universal scanners, We currently have a total of 8. 5 for investigators and 3 for in shelter use or to loan to feral cat program members.
