I have had no offers to help any of these dogs.  This pound is overfull and if dogs are pulled some are going to go down.  Why won't people SPAY/NEUTER?????  Please if you can help with any of these dogs, contact me ASAP at westhancockk9@mchsi.com.   Transport to Chicago is available!!!!!!!!!!!
