Perhaps I simply missed this section in the help file, but I couldn't find it.  Is there a way to track who gave medications and when?

As an example, we currently use a paper medical sheet.  It has columns for date, time, staff initials, and notes.  Is this something that can be done with PetPoint?  I found the Medication To Do list report, which is great for listing animals that need meds, but I couldn't seem to find anything to sign off on who gave meds and when.
